Subject to these Terms and any applicable purchase or subscription agreement, GINGER BYTE SOFTWARE CORP. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our software for personal or professional purposes in accordance with the documentation provided with each product.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by applicable law;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;

Purchases and Refunds

Pricing, payment terms, and refund policies for WithAudio and other products are disclosed at the time of purchase through the applicable app store or checkout platform. GINGER BYTE SOFTWARE CORP. honors the refund policies of the platform through which you purchased our software.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GINGER BYTE SOFTWARE CORP. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
